These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Employee Service (“Service”) provided by
Amazing Marketing Solutions
(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Our AI employee is a virtual team member powered by artificial intelligence. We provide the infrastructure needed to support the AI, while you—the client—retain full control over when and how it is used. The AI is to be treated as a digital employee under your direction. You are responsible for the way it is deployed, the instructions it receives, and the outcomes it generates.
You understand and agree that artificial intelligence may produce inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate outputs. Amazing Marketing Solutions is not responsible or liable for any actions taken based on the AI’s responses or recommendations. The AI operates based on training, logic, and data, but it is your duty to supervise and validate its use within your organization.
We follow standard AI industry best practices, including:
Transparency: The AI is clearly identifiable as non-human.Data Privacy: We protect sensitive client data using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.Bias Awareness: While we aim to minimize bias, AI outputs may reflect limitations or flaws in training data.Misuse Prevention: We do not permit use of the AI for illegal or unethical purposes.
We provide optional training services to help you better understand how to customize, deploy, and manage your AI employee. These trainings are highly recommended but not mandatory.
Amazing Marketing Solutions is an integration company and may utilize or recommend third-party services such as Zoho, Vapi, Zapier, Calendly, and others. We are not affiliated with these companies, and we are not liable for any bugs, outages, data issues, or faults caused by these third-party tools. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of use of those services.
There is no long-term commitment required to use our service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard or by contacting us directly. Service access and AI operations will terminate upon cancellation.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
